Many professionals are trying to make as many connections as possible without realizing that LinkedIn imposes certain limitations on each user. Here they are:
- You are limited to 3,000 invites. Most users find this out the hard way when they no longer can send out invitations. What is the trick? Send the other person an e-mail asking them to invite you to their network.
- You are limited to 30,000 connections. You will only find out about this when you have 500 connections left and LinkedIn will send you a polite warning saying that you are about to reach your limit.
- “I don’t know this person” responses mark the inviter as a spammer. If you get too many “I don’t know this person” responses, LinkedIn will restrict your ability to send out invitations. It’s best to archive invitations that you don’t want to accept, unless they are obviously from spammers.
- You are limited to posting 50 answers to questions in a 24 hour period if you have connections. If you don’t have connections, you can only answer 5 questions in a 24 hour period.
- LinkedIn users are able to start 7 discussions per day, submit 100 comments per day. Comments are limited to 4000 plain text characters.

Hey,
Its pretty helpful information. But it seems obvious as every business has the purpose of generating more income resources. They do it this way. I am sure that under the pro plan there are no limitations.
